Note that the OP originally wrote "MS-13 in Great Falls" in an unique typographical area. Because of the controversial notion of a Hispanic gang arriving in arguably the most exclusive area of NOVA might cause a few hearts to stop, changing the title of this parody seemed prudent.

Yup...even if you are a gang member. Though I'd still surmise that a GS-13 would have a better shot at fitting into the Great Falls scene than an MS-13...

Perhaps I was misunderstood in my choice of adjective. My definition of "exclusive" in this instance was in terms of income and/or wealth, not in access. I'm sure that anyone is welcome to purchase a home in Great Falls, although I would imagine its large lots and convenient location make the price points out of reach for virtually all lower-to-middle income households...unless people decided to live like the Waltons*.
(*And by "the Waltons", I mean the fictional multi-generational family from 1970's-era TV...not the department store heirs, each of whom may not only be able to buy a Great Falls home with ease, but combined could possibly buy enough property to rechristen the area as "Waltonville".
)

I recall about 10 years ago there was an ordinance passed that out of every cute little cul-de-sac of McMansions in Great Falls, one of them had to be "affordable housing" and was therefore four $350K townhouses masquerading as one giant $1.5M house. I used to enjoy trying to guess which one was the set of townhouses on a street. Is that not still the case?

From my few encounters with Great Falls residents, I get the distinct impression that none of them would take offense to the word "exclusive" being used to describe their area. Quite the opposite, actually.
