I had Anthony's on route 611 in Stroudsburg today, and it is really very good.
I love the sauce and crunchy thin crust.
I only like plain, cheese pizza anyway so I don't need a lot of choices.
If you are near the Mall or Raymours.......It is just to the right, same side of those stores.

I was born and raised in NEPA (Lehigh Valley) and we never called it a tray. It's a pizza pie. I'm thinking it is more common in the northern end of NEPA. I've seen the Old Forge, Senapes, and Nardone pizzas at the grocery store. Can you tell me the difference between the three please? I'm wondering if it is similar to the pizza we buy at Easton Baking that they call tomato pie. It's square, kind of like sicilian but with no cheese and most often served cold.
