look at Wayne County where the taxes are substantially lower than Lackawanna. For the home you described you should be paying @ $1800. I also know people working at the depot and the commute is not bad. usually less than 30 minutes

Thank you for the information, I will take a look at Wayne County, although I think I may try and rent for a year to get my feet wet in the NEPA area before jumping in
