Hi all
Curious if anyone knows of a water aerobics class offered in the area that's moderate or high intensity. I took a class the other night at the WB YMCA, and it was way too low intensity. I'm recovering from a back injury and need to do water-based training, but need something that actually gives a good workout at the same time. Someone suggested I check out the WB CYC, and I did but they advertise their class as low intensity, so I'm not going to even bother trying that one. Any ideas?

I THINK .(not 100% sure ) but I think the Carbondale Ymca has it ..

Thanks! Carbondale is an hour from me...I forgot to mention Im looking in the back mountain/WB area

Curious if anyone knows of a water aerobics class offered in the area that's moderate or high intensity. I took a class the other night at the WB YMCA, and it was way too low intensity. I'm recovering from a back injury and need to do water-based training, but need something that actually gives a good workout at the same time. Someone suggested I check out the WB CYC, and I did but they advertise their class as low intensity, so I'm not going to even bother trying that one. Any ideas?
