Three different kinds of tomatoes. We make so much sauce at the end of the season that it's a 3 person team and several weeks worth of work. There's enough sauce to get by until we plant next season. Even giving some away.
Also, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, several types of peppers, carrots and beets. This is the first year we've been successful with broccoli and cauliflower. Every other time we tried to grow them, the heads would never grow. We didn't know if it was bum soil or the deer got there first. Has anyone else had this problem?
We also have a peach tree and grape vines galore, so we preserve them. The property is lined with raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. My son is too anxious to can those though, so we make them into pies and desserts.
Moving on to herbs: thyme, dill, oregano, sweet and Italian basil, cilantro, parsley, lemon balm and mint.
Especially in this economy, if you have the land space and time to care for your plants, gardening can be very rewarding.

LOL, currently we do not have a garden because the neighbors keep feeding the deer. Fences are not an option either.
