I watched a show several years ago about Kudzu in NC on UNCTV. One segment was a family cooking with it and they, and the reporter, indicated the food was delicious. Another segment showed a farmer that (I AM NOT A FARMER) went out and bound it all up, just like straw, for cattle feed. He fed his cattle, sold a lot, and never did anything like replanting. I came back. A huge economic advantage in his cattle business.
I am up for this idea it is better than using corn since it drought resistence only needs minor seeding , can help control erosion lol but not in my back yard
I'm with you there SunnyKayak! I will go out and find it if necessary but I have no animals that could eat this plant and if I want to eat it I will go and forage it myself in the woods!
