The guy is 93 yrs old.

By the time anything actually happens with an investigation, assuming the OP can actually get anyone to pay attention, chances are that guy will be dead or very close to it. His cognitive functions aren't going to improve with age, he's not going to become more of a threat.

You said your ex-stepfather is 93. Isn't he the one running a scam?

No the OP didn't. The OP said the guy retired when he was aged in his 50's, but OP incorrectly used the word 'their' instead of the more proper 'his'. Just a little mistake in grammar. I saw no mention anywhere of the guy being an ex-stepfather (maybe I missed that) the OP just posted that the person was a family member.

Hate to say rats have bad intentions.

Do you realize disability is insurance and paid into?

They (insurance)make it so hard to get disability benefits, when you brag of the little things you can still do. When in reality , the disabled person cant work a full 8 hour day, 40 hour work week.thise that manage, spend 12 hours a day in bed recovering.

Maybe you should let Mr Bragalot to use discretion, cause anyone can pull his card. Perhaps he will wise up and stop spilling the beans?

But, OP will win or gain nothing in this fraud reporting campaign, except enjoying to see someone in misery, possible poverty homelessness . A Karen on steroids. Dont be that person...

This person retired in their 50s not sure if it matters, was always distant from active war zones, and hasn’t taken any other jobs since. .
My answer stays unchanged.

20years of military is no walk in the park, even if you have not been at a war zone.

When you use a hotline lets say to report a crime, fraud, workplace issue etc you just can't give a little information. they are going to ask the equivilent of a witness statement including did you anyone else witness the act and details. What details do you have besides trash talk. Unless you are willing to follow through with video of him performing an act they supposedly medically cant do not much will happen.

You can't just say so and so is committing benefit fraud and hang up.
