Keep trying! I actually found and joined an "Introvert" group on my local Meetup. So far we went bowling, and it was a great group of people. Try going to meetup and putting in that keyword, or other things that sound more like "you". Many of the Meetups are going to clubs, etc, which I am not into anymore, but there are many that do more low-key activities. Tomorrow I'm going with a different group, one that is all women, and we're just going to a diner, which is very much my personality, laid back and casual. Don't give up!
