property tax help (live, moving to, areas)

hello all. i've been reading here about the high taxes in upstate ny. it appears to vary widely depending on where you live. can anyone give me an idea of the property taxes in watkins glen and corning?? i'm pretty set on moving to one of these towns, i just hope the taxes don't make me think twice!! any tax info on these areas would be greatly appreciated.

i guess there aren't any watkins glen residents on cdf!! but i'm surprised there aren't any local realtors on here who'd be willing to contribute!
