While this current Howard University professor was born in FL, he came to Rochester at the age of 3 and is a graduate of Williamson Jr./Sr. High in Wayne County(Thank you to this man for actually providing me with some additional information): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emory_Tolbert
