moving in monroe, new york. any advice about schools? kids friendly communities?

moving to monroe with two kids- older 9 year old, younger- baby 6 month old. looking for the older one to attende music classes as well as competitive swimming sessions. any info on music schools/tutors and swimming classes in monroe area would be appreciated.

The schools are great as everyone talks about so no advice there. Most of the communities in Monroe have a good amount of kids so you can't go too wrong anywhere in Monroe.
