I'm movin to the boroughs and I'd like to know where the cheapest rents available would be. Former Marine so bad neighborhoods r okay.

Neither.The Bronx has by far the lowest rents in the city.
Of the two you stated ? Probably Brooklyn.Which neighborhood? Probably good old East New York.

Former Marine so bad neighborhoods are ok? lmao. I don't care if you are John Cena in the movie the Marine a dangerous neighborhood is a dangerous neighborhood, especially a single person walking alone, thinking he is invincible!

It depends on the area, but Brooklyn has a lot more cheaper areas than Queens, but in most cases it's because they're further from Manhattan or they're in a so-so/bad area.
