I can read. They still have to eat. They can wear a mask and stop in at the grocery store on one of their solitary walks.

Does anyone know when Cuomo's latest ruling is going into effect? For all of his babbling on, he didn't give a start date or time.

8 pm tomorrow (Saturday) and 8 pm Sunday depending on the type

I completely and fundamentally disagree

Shelter in place means the secret police nazis tell you when you can and cannot leave your home.

What Cuomo is doing is the American way and disincentivizing people going out by closing most public places

You are exactly right! Because he hasn't had the backbone to do what's necessary, it's cost us another week or more. And NOT calling it shelter in place is a farce! Does he think so little of NYS voters that he speaks to us like we're children. Long-time supporter here very disappointed by his foolishness.
