Anyone have any insights on 75 Smith Street/110 Livingston/53 Boerum?

The area is great and prices seem reasonable...

Do you think the prices of these condos will atleast hold and not go down too much farther? I feel like its a pretty good time to buy right now...

why wouldn't prices hold? you can get to manhattan in 10 minutes from all of those locations via public transportation.
