Agreed. Baconeggandcheese is more of all NYC thing. Real NYers know that chopped cheese is an uptown/Bronx thing while Baconeggandcheese is borough wide.

True. And I don't know why honey turkey isn't stereotyped as an NYC sandwich, because that's what I hear 75% of people in bodegas order (aside from breakfast hours)

Ultimate State Deli on 25 3rd Ave, Brooklyn makes a great chopped cheese sandwiches. It’s a few minuets walk from the Barclay center.
