"A woman suffered burns to her face after being attacked with bleach in the Bronx, according to police.

It happened Tuesday on Franklin Avenue and E. 168th Street around 4 p.m. in Morrisania.

Police say two woman got into an argument and one of them threw bleach on the other's face.

He's being sarcastic. He's insinuating that the South Bronx can never be gentrified because there are still low lives who live there who would throw bleach at each other
