I think he means .02, still doesn't make sense, your not supposed to drink any alcohol within hours of shift start, you are a liability to the city if you are even the slightest intoxicated.

Unless it's a beer for dinner the night before, not a beer for breakfast.

Haha... Anyone would be in the hospital if they came up with a 0.4 BAC. Dead if it was 0.8. Always proofread!
NY State its 0.04 with anyone holding a CDL. Don't go out the night before work, or the night before you're scheduled for any DSNY medical appointments. Time to put on the adult pants, closing out the bar on a regular basis should be behind you.

Ok, kill me Decimals was never my strong suit. You know what i meant. But i agree people just dont get it, they always think they can get over. Back when i started in 08 the 3 strike rule was still in effect. Wouldnt you think if you got caught, once then twice and your papers are signed and you know the next time you are out you would smarten up? Well, i know more than one guy who tested that theory and got fired. Idiots. Now theres no more 3 strikes and they still dont get it
