hey there,

I am going to be moving to New York this summer, as I got a new job. I am doing some searches on apartments, and I found one I liked. It is the MIMA apartment building by Related Companies. Now I am a single guy in my mid to late 20s. I was wondering would this buidling be good for me, if I want to have a chance to meet new people and make friends in the building itself. Are there other people in the building who are also young (under 30) and single people who live in this building ?........... Please let me know

Many thanks

I know a few people who live there. They have the M club which is the gym, computer center, lounge etc and a lot of people hang around there. It really depends upon your personality whether your sociable or not. I would say this building is a good mix of all ranges. Its not a crazy party building if you are looking for that.
