Few scuffs and a few damages in the midtown area.

So what subway do I take to see the Dyker Heights Xmas lights? 71st St D train or the Fort Hamilton N train (most conventient for me) I don't want to be dropped off into the pit of Hell especially at night.

Any streets I should avoid?

Best street for lights?

(A couple years ago I noticed that a LOT of houses in NorthEast Riverdale were dresssed up to the nines for Xmas.)

Was Dyker Heights badly hit by Sandy?

It's a long couple of subway rides and then a long walk for me, like at least a 2 hour round trip, and I'd hate to go to see flood damage instead of Xmas lights.

From what I've gleaned it seems that the best area for lighting is 81st to 85th and 10th to 13 Aves. Does that rectangle sound about right to aim for?
