Nope. They would have to basically have a main roadway and a service road. Those 2 just have a single median dividing traffic in opposite directions. (I mean, with Southern Blvd, you might be able to count Crotona Parkway as the service road, but I don't know if technically, it's a seperate street)
Isn't there a point on Foster Avenue near Canarsie where it's flanked by service roads?
Yeah there's a small stretch, I dunno why though. That street isn't very busy. I actually remember driving around there one night, and turning on it because I thought it was Linden Blvd. After a few blocks, I was like "Wait, where am I?".
Also, Main Street in Kew Garden Hills has 2 medians for a sizable stretch.

Did You guys know that Eastern and Ocean Parkways are purposefully configured to connect Highland Park, Prospect Park, and Coney Island?
I think a lot of these streets were originally suppose to be highways but never finished. Woodhaven was suppose to be the "Maspeth Expressway" and I think Linden Blvd/Kings Hwy was suppose to be the "Cross Brooklyn Expressway". Conduit Blvd was originally suppose to be much longer and was suppose to be the "Bushwick Expressway". I'm not 100% sure about all of these but I remember reading up on them on a website before.

Yes!
The Bushwick Expressway would run in that wide median of the Conduit, then go above Atlantic Avenue. At some point, it would swing over to Bushwick Avenue and follow that to the Williamsburg Bridge.
The Cross Brooklyn Expressway would split off the Bushwick Expressway and occupy the center roadway of Linden Boulevard until the Bay Ridge Branch of the LIRR. It would then follow the tracks to the Gowanus Expressway. From there, the Gowanus would be twelve lanes (in a 3-3-3-3 setup) to the VZ Bridge.
Woodhaven Boulevard was also to be an expressway.
Also, there was a proposal to extend the Prospect Expressway down Ocean Parkway.
Queens Boulevard was supposed to be an expressway link to the 59th Street Bridge.
