At what time at night does the 4 train start running local in Brooklyn? I specifically want to know when it stops at Nostrand. I went to the MTA site and it indicates that this doesn't happen until after 10pm, but this is not true. Last night I got on at Bowling Green at 9pm and off at Nostrand about 20 minutes later.

According to the schedule, the first 4 train arriving @ Bowling Green that runs local after Franklin Av. arrives around 11:05. That's on a weekday. On a weekend, it should arrive around 10:56.
