My girl is (probably) moving to this block. Know Fort Greene pretty well, but I want to make sure I'm not missing anything here--how's this intersection at night?

Fort green is basically a haven for transplants. Even the black people that live there are tranplants and well educated.

A buddy of mines live in Fort Greene area, he told me just ten years ago the area was full with drug dealers especially Black and Dominican ones but they are all gone, the area has changed, instead of high school drop out, drug dealers and other degenerates there are yuppies from all across America who live in that area. I remember when I visited Fort Greene I saw a hipster dancing doing the runningman in the middle of an intersection 3 in the morning he slipped and almost got ran over by a car! The area was very quiet.
