Can anyone suggest a broker who works primarily in Brooklyn?

My friend and I (and possibly a 3rd friend) want to move to BK but will definitely need some help.

Just some info...
We're looking for either a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment in Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights, Prospect Heights or Park Slope...our rent limit is about 700 each. So we'd be looking for a 2br for ~1400 or a 3br for ~2100. I feel with that price range, Park Slope will probably be out of consideration...I for one am in love with Bay Ridge, is that relatively in our price range?

My friend would be attending Brooklyn College and working in Manhattan, I would be working in Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn (varies by day) and another friend (the one who may move) will either be working in Manhattan or Westbury, NY (yeah, far away...but she wants to move up here).

Do you guys have any suggestions for other areas? Safety is a major issue, as it will be 3 girls in the apartment. We'd all like to be able to keep a car, although mine and one roomate will rarley move it. Want to be in an area thats nice, has a park in the area, and lots of stores and bars/restaurants. Not to say we are "materialistic" but we refuse to live in a crappy apartment, I dont want luxury, just want something that's at least been a little renovated or up to date and where the bedrooms are not 5x5.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Park Slope is out of range but Bay Ridge is a great area, should be able to get an apt on that budget

im looking to move in May and i speaking to agents lately i have been told you wil be dealing with multiple brokers as many have different listings and they dont all access one MLS like they do in other parts of the country. That being said i have been using this website and its amazing!!! Apartments for Rent - PadMapper Apartment Search for Oodle, Apartments.com, Kijiji, and Craigslist Apartments
