Does anyone have any apartment broker recommendations for Brooklyn? Specifically ones who specialize in the Sheepshead Bay, Gravesend, Coney Island, Brighton Beach, etc neighborhoods. Thanks!

Generally you would not need one for these areas but you may not be familiar with the area so it may help.
What was your price range?

yes im moving from out of state. Issue is I can only afford a max of 1000 a month. Cheaper would be better. I can do a studio but prefer a 1 bedroom. I have seen some listings online but would love the help of a broker or something similar.
