I've been contacted, Ive sent all the documents. I sign documents. I got a unit. My review is complete But I lost my job a week after I started this process. I got a job month later but I make less. Idk what's gonna happen to me
So sorry to hear that you loss your job! I can understand your frustration considering you went through the whole process based on the income info from your previous job and now you're no longer working in that position. The question is, now, do you still make enough to cover the rent with this new job where you earn less? If not, I would talk to the marketing agent to see if there are units in a lower ami that you may now fall into which would have a more affordable rent. You don't want to bite off more than you can chew but if you're still in the same ami with this new income, just at the lower end, it's ultimately it's up to you to decide how much of a hardship it will be to pay the same rent with less income coming in. Good luck on this! Hope it works out in your favor and keep us posted!
Do they allow pets? I kno on the application it said no pets but I seen an article that said pet friendly
From my knowledge pets are not allow, when I was sent the household questionnaire I had to put that I understand that pets are not allow in the property. But I hope they are cause i have a cat that me and my kids had for a lot of years
