I got picked for a lottery before this one with Also cb my log was 37xx and they reach me to summit documents but I never got the unit or as far as I have for this one. And I know people who have moved in without cb for that particular lottery I was chosen for so please don’t lose faith ya got this.

I just received an email from them to submit docs on Friday 57xxcb. I did I really want bronxpoint but if rivercrest come faster n the apartment is decent I'm taking it.

I was asked to summit in November then again in February then again in July and then nothing i had to send bank explanations and the 5 day notice I beleive two times. And Still says under review for me. But honestly I'm over river crest my mind is set on bronx point. how many bedroom are you trying to get with rivercrest?

My heart is set on bronxpoint but at this point idk I reached out to bronxpoint building manager n they have no clue on when they will get the TCO just like rivercrest
