They did mention waitlist for 50%(can't remember exact ami), so I'm assuming all other ami has been filled for CB. I'm wondering if they allocate 50% of the lower AMI to CB or just 50% of CB get to choose whichever allocation leaving only higher AMI for general population.
I believe most buildings do just 50% of any units to CB but I know for this one the 80% ami was almost all allocated to the 62+ preference.
Thanks for that. Do you know if they have any two bedrooms in the 80% Ami non cb & non 62+?
They had 11 total to begin with; but no I don't know what's left. However, my uneducated guess would be that these are gone before going to Non CB/general population.

I’ve been hearing that from others, who have went to viewings.
Just found this forum over the weekend. Glad to have found it, lots of interesting info and thoughts. We are log 24xx and were first contacted in late February to let us know that we were selected for the 62+ age preference, but that our income was too high to qualify for one of the senior apartments. We were offered the chance to be processed for a 165% AMI 1 or 2 BR at that time, or were told we could opt to wait for the 125% AMI (our income falls in both the 165 and 125 AMIs). Since the 165% was slightly out of our desired price range, we have decided to wait for an opportunity at the 125% AMI. We were told that it would likely be July or August, but we are prepared to wait longer if necessary.

I qualify for 165, however, my number is lower than yours. I continue to be surprised that Gotham North is allowed to offer units out of numerical order.
