no response to open house request
Do you know what this reason really means?
You likely received an email requesting to setup a date to tour the apartment and you never responded. They only give you 5 days to set an appointment up.

I viewed a 2br in Oct, I was told move in dates are 11.15 and 12.15 and I would most likely be in the 12.15 category since my log is #6xx not sure how many log numbers they’ve gotten to this far but for our not so low log numbers what has the process been for you thus far?
Can any tell me if this is appropriate/legal? I scheduled to see a 1Bedroom and was confirmed now MGNY is saying that they only have Studios.
It’s both appropriate and legal if all those other units are taken then yes they have to give you what is left
