Just noticed that for this lottery, there will be an additional fee for some of the amenities like the fitness center, lounges etc. I wonder what that would be..
It's the same owner of my current building so I think the amenities fees wont be bad. I pay less than $60 a month for mine which includes all the amenities and "community" events, happy hour, movie nights etc. that said, what I noticed about this buiding is there is no in unit W/D but likely the two and three bedrooms will have...If the laundry room is Hercules, prepare to get ripped off in the worse way...THEY SUCK

Looks like they extended the lottery for another month… it was supposed to end next week
Really. Ughhhh I hate when that happens. Now we have to wait longer to get a log number lol. Oh well. Good luck everyone and try not to think about these lotteries and the lack of progressiveness during the holidays.
It's really annoying because they advertised the lottery starting a month before they actually put it up and now they extended it.. the timeline on their website keeps getting modified. Same thing with the center blvd building. Who knows when people will get contacted.
