Loaded with amenities, this one! It's all the way over on York Ave., but the Q is now just two avenues away, so not so bad. Unusually high number of studios in the 40% band...get in there and annoy the rich folks!
I am so excited for this opening, I qualify for a few categories , however, I submitted my application three days after it was opened, so I am concerned that I may get a high Log # , but based on the limited online conversation i have found about this listing may mean that few people have applied and that my log # could be below 200! Fingers crossed!
For another listing, I applied 10 days later and got a LOG# below 90. So fingers crossed!!
I know you guys aren't necessarily happy with that, but thanks for posting here, I finally realized I'd fit into 2020 brackets now and finally applied. I wish I paid more attention to how this works before and have applied for a new development right across the street, again I was short on 2019 AMIs and now I can imagine like everyone with the same situation is like sitting there in their comfy 1brs and laughing at me. Haha.
Any news from this lottery? This will be like winning the real lottery, not only is the building beautiful and full of amenities, but all utilities are included in the rent, even electricity!!
Yeah, I threw my hat into the ring for this one. Didn't notice that electricity was included in the rent but definitely saw all the amenities that makes this an attractive building to reside in. Log numbers aren't up yet, but good luck to everyone who applied!
Just passed by the building and it’s heavily under construction, I don’t think they will be done for the next couple months. The log numbers are not up also.
