they havent contacted me for that as of yet. Still waiting on HPD.

So hpd requested me to complete a form so they could get my taxes from the irs. Does this mean I'm close to signing a lease?

I just submitted my background check and it sounds like it goes to HPD for approval then what? I haven't done an interview, are they still doing interviews? Also does anyone know how they choose which studio apartment you get and if you are able to view it in person and choose? I've seen different layouts on youtube.
