This you have to ask property management only due to the fact that no one has been here for an entire year and most ppl on these forums stop responding once they move in.

After you’re in, you’re in. Your income doesn’t matter anymore. They won’t kick you out, even if your income goes up

I’m still hopelessly waiting for an email. Does anyone know if they’re still doing cb preference? I’m 3xx (lowest log number I’ve ever had) so I was very hopeful in the beginning. I really hope I get an emails!

@ddawg67 yeah once you’re in, you’re in. But you will most likely have to go through recertification paperwork.

Does anyone know how long HPD takes to make a decision on an appeal. They confirmed they are sending my file to HPD. Also do they run the credit and background before sending to HDP? I received a copy of the report they ran from them however I don’t see that anything was ran on my credit if that makes sense

I got an email today and submit an appeal. Fingers crossed. The pandemic really messed with my % AMI since it was originally based from 2019.
@thebrooklynway if your household grows I believe you speak to management and they’ll give you a form for an application and they’ll go based on availability.
