We got this far people, let's keep it positive and hope for the best. It's nerve wrecking but we have to hang in there. They told me to call in a week and I'm calling today. Have they answered any specific question when you guys have called? Like what status your application is in?
I called sometime last week and the lady said my file is priority and my file has moved up im in the final stages. Also that I passed/approved from managament. And to wait for a call or email if they need additional info. I just want to know if my file has been sent to the city. I will call again.
Was by the building earlier today. Doesnt look like the building is ready for move in yet. Still saw construction people working inside and some of the apartments. They were working on some of the windows as well which looks weird. Does not look like any security to the windows which is kinda of frightening.....the way it opens. Eek!
I email Ms. Virginia and asked about my status. I came across a Feed or others taking about bad experiences with wavecrest. I was going to wait till next Wednesday but I'm done waiting. Funny I just thought when Ms. Quinones called me she didn't even leave a message I feel like it was a "well next!"
Hold on alil longer, youve gotten this far. Dont give up yet. Your file has been sent to hpd already, so, so, from that. Have it in your mind you got this! It does take awhile to hear back from hpd.
I followed up yesterday and was advised my file is in the hands of hpd and to call next week if i dont hear anything. And she said once your file goes there your pretty much approved, unless they see something n want to question you about it. Im not worried. We just have to sit pretty until we get that call/email. This is the last leg for us. If its meant to be... U kno the rest.

Btw i live in a wavecrest building and i have no complaints about my building.my family has expanded so i need a bigger place.
Also lala once your called and approved(god willing), maybe take a one year lease to see if u like or dont like how wavecrest operates. I feel you got this! Patience.... Weve been waiting since Oct. whats a couple more weeks? Lol
@inthebx- were you cb? Not sure if you were one of the first batch to go in? If they havent run your credit yet means that havent gotten to your file yet.
