I was reading on another forum re: hpd approvals and heres what one person said--


"Once an application is sent to the city, you're pretty much accepted"



Also approvals can take anywhere from 5 days to several weeks.

COrrect, if we pass management agencies and our file was sent to the city it's a great chance to get an apt. what am only worry is to be placed on waiting list which we are going to hear that in a few weeks months for 3160 park ave applicants.

We are CB we come first so there's no way for us to be on the waiting list.

I wish 2. but things aren't that way we think . remember lala4613. 50% preference group equal to 75 apt for cb. 500+ applicants went to interview week 1 . cb preferences. not enough apt. thats why its a lottery . getting chosen out 60,00 applicants it's a luck. MY brother in law, apply for an apt 2 years ago. she went to the interview , they called her every 45 day for missing files it was too late. she was put on waiting list. and yes she was cb preference and moderate log number.

ONce preferences group has been filled that's it, your number become non preference according to my coordinator .
