We are getting ready to move to that area, and have vivited Milan several times in the past few months. We found the whole area of Grants/Milan to be very friendly and helpful. There is not much there, but some folks like it that way. Good luck.

The locals can be tough on outsiders. They are starting another coal mine just west of lee ranch so that is a plus for those looking for employment. From what I have heard some uranium mining is about to fire back up out in the area so some of the local bussiness should benifit.

Default Moving in August

Hopefully, we may need to find an RV park to stay in for a while. Need to do a lot of work on the land.

Fortunately, there are two nice RV parks in Milan/Grants. LavaLand and Bar S. Can give you more info if you want/need it. Email me at rawker17@hotmail.com if you want to know anything about the area.
