domino ~~ Heck did you HAVE to do that to us????? It's torture...

Cathy,

In almost all the New Mexican restaurants I have gone to ~ most are in Northern NM ~ sopapillas are served as an accompaniment to the meal.

Here in Kansas they are dessert, like they are in Texas.

Default Sacramento Mountains

Spent Sunday and Monday in the southern part of the Sacramento's.
I am in heaven when I am out there..
Went on ATV's on the trails and one day Cheryl was with us.
First time I have posted pics so hope they come through.

I have never been particularly fond of them, especially after a heavy meal of Mexican food!

That is one thing I really miss here....my favorite Mexican (yes, Tex-Mex) restaurant in Midland. I have a few more here I need to sample, though.
