I have JCP&L for my electricity. Right now I pay 12.4441 cents per kilowatt hour.

Has anyone gone with a different supplier and gotten a better price? If so, what company was it and were there any "catches"?

Thanks

Enjoy your 12 cents. I also have JCP&L, but they charge us customers in "wealthy" northwest NJ 18 cents. Please let me know if there is a way to get an alternative electricity supplier.

Right now, I might as well be buying electricity from Tony Soprano.

My condolences. If you go to their website there is a link that allows you to view the offers by other companies. One of them was for about 8 cents per kw/h but I'm not sure how to go about getting more information. Some of the companies may charge an enrollment fee or cancellation fee, etc.

I was hoping to get some guidance from others that have tried.
