That's why most people drop off there. There are alternatives to parking at PJ.

Maplewood has slim pickings =/ and the decent units are north of 300k

Look more carefully. Many places south of Springfield avenue are under 300k (and very few there are over 400k)

Sure, it's not the most desirable part of town, but it's pretty good compared to 07102.
