I will work at a local company in Lawrenceville and try to find an apartment in Lawrenceville or Ewing. Prefer one on the west side of Route 1.
Need grass land for a 4 years kid to play and two bed rooms with in house laundry.
Budget level 1200-1700

thx.

If it *has* to be between those towns, stay with lawrenceville with a child.
Sturwood Hamlet is very old, but spacious. I am not sure if any units have laundry though. Ours did not. It wasn't pretty but we couldn't beat the space for the cost.
There is also Stewards Crossing which are more modern, smaller in size, and you can get laundry.

Lawrence Township spans Rte. 1 so, in your price range and on the west side of Rte 1, you might want to look at apartments in Society Hill and Colonial Lakes.
Ewing Township is located on the west side of Rte 1, there are several rental opportunities there. Some of the areas in Ewing are quite close to Trenton (they share an area code) be careful about that. Look at the Scotch Run Apartments, they are pretty nice and in your price range.

Stay as close to Rider as you can and you'll be fine.
