Lookin for a good Home Inspector (Monmouth County) (Passaic, Union: house, buyers)

Bought a home and looking for a reputable home inspector in Monmouth County Holmdel Area.. Open for suggestions??

I don't know if he travels there but I was recently recommended Inspectech.com and specifically John Peterson. Also, Jim Hughes of SafeandSound Home Inspection was highly recommended to me. They both do Union County but I'm not sure about Monmouth.

Good recommendation.

I just checked both of the ones I recommended to you and if you search by last name, you will see they are both on there. My home inspection is next week so I was double checking for myself.

Can anyone give me a good Inspector they have used in Monmonth County? Englishtown/Manalapan is where the house is.

I used US Inspect in Bergen/Passaic...Andrew Lionetti was the inspector. He was phenomonal!

See if they'll send him down there, or recommend someone else.

I know it's too late for you, but for other buyers in the area I can recommend Neil Kipnis (Inspect-It-Neil) Inspect It Neil LLC / Home Inspections In Marlboro, NJ

He did my home inspection about a month ago and he was great, spent a lot of time inspecting every small detail, explained everything and wrote a long and detailed report with many photos.
