I work (and half live) in NJ but my permanent address is out of state, so I currently do not have NJ plates or a NJ license. I've read online that I am unable to receive a parking permit because of this, and was wondering if anyone knows of some non-permit parking spots in the Harrison area? Also, if there are any other people who live out of state and work in NJ, were you able to obtain a parking permit somehow? And if so, can you please explain how you did so? Thank you!
