It would depend on why your license was suspended but you'd have to get permission from the courts - so yep Bob's right.

Unless the law in New Jersey has changed, there is no provisional license to drive to and from work.

As far as I remember, if your driver's license is suspended, you cannot drive at all untill the suspension period is over.

I agree with you but unfortunatly there are states that allow a provisional license with restrictions (to and from work / school)
. I know New York does. I also agree that if your suspended your suspended for a reason. In those cases I guess you have to suck it up and get on a bus, train, bicycle, two feet express or whatever to get back and forth to work or school. Perhaps it will make a person think a bit harder next time before they do something to get their license suspended.

. I know New York does. I also agree that if your suspended your suspended for a reason. In those cases I guess you have to suck it up and get on a bus, train, bicycle, two feet express or whatever to get back and forth to work or school. Perhaps it will make a person think a bit harder next time before they do something to get their license suspended.
