It's been a while since his surgery, and usually you lose the most weight after the first few months. They said he lost some, but looks the same to me. He must be still eating hard somehow. He should just get a normal gastric bypass. He might bypass the bypass though, again.

surgery doesn't change the cause of obesity. a fat person will win the battle against the surgery 99% of the time.

The key to losing and keeping weight off is eating less and exercising more. If he doesn't change the way he eats and his level of exercise, the surgery is meaningless.
