Cliffside Park/Ridgefield, NJ (Ridgefield Park: homes, to live in, duplexes)

Is it me or does the Western part of Cliffside Park look more and more "urban" and not too nice wth all those awful duplexes they're building, tearing down the older homes?

What will happen eventually in the Anderson Ave area? It looks a bit slummy to me.

Which town is "better" to live in, by the way? Ridgefield, or Cliffside Park? A lot of people seem to confuse Ridgefield with Ridgefield Park, but they are different to me.
