It is a mystery to me since they didn't lose that many guys off of last year's squad. You'd think they'd have continued to progress this year.

From what I can tell, Teel isn't nearly accurate enough, and when he does put the ball where it needs to be, it gets dropped too often. I also don't think much of their secondary, either.

With Rice leaving after this year (right?), you have to wonder how this team will fare from this year on out? Was last year their "window" to get to a BCS game?

i do not think they will get a bowl game now.

Teel does have a bum thumb

But last year they stayed with WVU on their turf, and this year they get shellacked.

I know they have a problem with their defensive line not being big enough to compete on the national level, but their offense should be putting up more of a fight. They have tall receivers, and it is evident that Teel has a strong arm. Their O-line is also pretty massive.

Rutgers needs to go out to the country to try and recruit some fat boys. They just are not gonna get the fat kids around NYC, because no one around here wants to be that fat. It is rough around here for fat people because they get made fun of in school. Rutgers should not have trouble recruiting from the country because it is the closest BCS conference team to NYC.
