Princeton/Trenton airport (Ewing: bus, public transportation, car)

I'm thinking of taking a frontier flight out of Princeton/trenton airport.
According to the website parking is free at the airport and a five minute walk to the airport building.

My question is, is the parking lot secure? Is their security? Will my car be there when I return!

I have flown out of there a few times. I didn't even cross my mind about how secure the parking lot was. It isn't in the middle of Trenton if that is your concern.

The Trenton Mercer airport is actually in West Trenton which is in Ewing Township. It is about 10 miles from Trenton with NO direct public transportation. So it's not like the thugs from Trenton will be taking a bus out there to steal your car

This airport also services the NJ State Police and the National Guard.

Your car will be fine!

I've flown (Private) into TTN, (The Terminal 1 gate no waiting) is sort off in the middle of know where , The state police/nat Guard are based there but on other side of the field.

That said, I would think the 24x7 cop that is there has very little to do other then sit and watch the parking lot. Also there are so few flights in/out of TTN anyone in the lot other then when flights are coming/going will be noticed.
