Looking at a job opportunity in Parsipanny and I want to know what I'd be getting into. I currently work about 25 mins from home, so a bit spoiled. I'd be leaving Paramus around 7:30 am and then coming home around 5 pm. I did the drive the other morning and it was about 40 minutes. Anyone do this on a daily basis and take 80? What are your thoughts? I can deal with the occasional bad day on the roads, but just want to know whether 40 minutes will be the norm or if that's considered a good day.

Thanks!

Well depending on where you're starting in Paramus and where you're ending in Parsippany, it can vary for sure. But I've made to Parsippany around Hills of Troy Park from Bogota in a half hour. Same time going back.

This is not a bad commute - I am suprised it took as along as 40 mins.

I've done the opposite ride -- much tougher. You should be fine with 40 min or less most days (and depending on your exact start/end points)
