im driving from woodbridge to atlantic city at about 3pm, will there be much traffic at that time tomorrow?

I'd be willing to bet it's bumper to bumper a good way down. Especially if the weather is nice.

It can be somewhat heavy or it might just flow ok. It is a summer weekend and the weather is decent, the rest depends on if there's any MVA's like everywhere else.

3PM is better than 10AM. I left Jersey City for AC at 1PM a few weeks ago. There was a lot of stop-and-go on the south side of the Driscoll Bridge, but it cleared up around Exit 117 and we never hit a slow-down again after that.
