Where is the best place to live in New Jersey that is within an hour driving time to Queens? I'm looking for a neighborhood where I can have a house with land on all sides=no close neighbors and people whom are not a bunch of up-tight racists. A neighborhood that is friendly and racially diverse.

Do you want it closer to an hour or any distance to within an hour?

Let's see...house with land on all sides, no close neighbors, within an hour driving time to Queens.
First thing, you need to find a time machine that will take you back about fifty years.

At 3AM, or during rush hour?

If you get your wish and have nobody close to you, who cares how friendly they are?
And how, exactly, will you identify those that are 'up-tight racists' in the area? That usually isn't listed on their mailbox, although, I guess if you drive by and they have a gnome in their front lawn wearing a white hood...
1. GWB is only fifteen minutes away
2. A lot of acreage + You'll see your neighbors only on TV screen. Very safe area. No KKK activity has been seen for hundred years.
3. You'll live next door to Jay-Z and Chris Rock - a pretty diverse neighborhood

Is that the house with the underground tunnel to the KKK meetings ?
