NJ transit doesn't use "passes" like MetroNorth- you have to have station-specific tickets from station to station.

NJT does sell monthly tickets, or passes, but this person cannot use whatever pass they have on NJT

==============

You can buy a pass at Newark Penn Station directly from the ticket agents or from any of the various vending machines they have all over the NE Corridor stop routes.

You can get daily or monthly passes depending on your needs..!!!

When you get to Newark Penn Station, buy a ticket at the ticket machine. All you do is punch in the code for the town where you want to go (and the list of codes is right on the machine). Ask someone there if you need help. It's relatively painless.
